Correspondence

Write a short note. We will write back.

We answer every inquiry personally. A paragraph describing the workflow, bottleneck, or system you are weighing is enough to begin a conversation.

What helps

A few sentences are enough.

In a first note, the most useful details are usually:

  • The workflow or system you are weighing, in plain language.
  • Roughly how many people it touches, and how often.
  • What is currently used in its place, if anything.
  • Any constraints around privacy, data residency, or timing.

You do not need a written brief or a fixed budget; in most cases, our first reply is a question, not a proposal.

Cadence

Response and rhythm.

New inquiries are reviewed directly. If the matter is a fit for a conversation, we will reply with the next useful question or a suggested path forward.

For matters relating to existing engagements — support requests, change requests, or operational questions on systems we maintain — please see the support page and use the same correspondence address with the relevant context included.

For matters of privacy or data handling, please see the privacy policy.
