Response expectations
Response cadence is set in each engagement’s operating documentation. Where no other cadence has been agreed, we respond according to the urgency and operational context described in the request.
Privacy
Support correspondence is treated under the same standards described in the privacy policy. Please avoid sending credentials, secrets, or sensitive personal data by email; we will arrange a more appropriate channel as needed.
